Course Description

The Climate Ready Buildings training educates affordable housing project teams – including building owners, architects, and contractors – on how to design and construct high-performance buildings that are resilient against the increasing pressure of climate change and align with NY’s climate goals.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how the climate crisis and subsequent NY policies impact the building industry, insight into design and construction strategies, such as Integrative Design Process (IDP), and HCR-specific funding opportunities.
