The Climate Mobilization Act Primer is a half-hour seminar covering the basic principles of New York City’s Climate Mobilization Act and providing actionable guidance for property owners, managers, developers, and other key building decision-makers.
The course covers basic details of NYC Local Laws (LLs) – including LLs 92 & 94 (Green Roofs) and LL 97 (Emissions Limits) – and outlines pathways for compliance.
